One Romance is dead, or so the saying goes. I don't actually know if that's a saying but it is something I've become accustomed to thinking. She sits in the corner, starring with glazed over eyes out the window and down into the street. I'm sure she wishes we had a balcony, something she could stand on to get a better view. She'd probably take up smoking just to have an excuse to stand there and observe. I know she wants to have a better look, but she's vaguely aware that I'm watching her, and thus she refuses to go directly to the window and look down. "Just what exactly are you looking at?" A transparent flood plain coated Marie's attic window. She sat on the sill staring into the grey forever of today's beautifully damp weather. This was her chapel where she spent her Sunday's sniffing glue and worshipping a chemical romance between her and nameless plastic mannequins. It was in this dusty, moist space where she discovered herself, sitting naked, bored and incredibly high. An idea popped into her head and she dove into the trunk in the corner of the room. this is just a redirect this is just misdirection somewhere, somehow.. we've misplaced our affection. and you're just so infectious. i swear i mean that in a good way. you've left marks all over my insides. too bad i made them myself. you're just as contradictory as that statement, and still it made too much sense. my puncuation is terrible. its tearing up my head. too bad you always listened, to all the things i shouldn't have said.
